Accounts Receivable Professional (Night Shift)

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in optimizing revenue cycle management for our clients and ensuring efficient operations.

  • Manage account receivables, denial management, and appeal management to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies regarding inquiries and follow-up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.
  • Verify each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount and review patient bills for completeness and obtain any missing information.
  • Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances as necessary and communicate effectively with the team and clients.
  • Maintain protocols and documentation of each performed task and perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, 2+ years of experience in medical billing/accounts receivable, and hands-on experience in appeals, follow-up, insurance calls, and patient calls.

The candidate should also have knowledge and understanding of USA health insurance guidelines, especially Medicare and state Medicaid, and experience working on multi-specialties.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this role, and willingness to work in a night shift (6 PM to 3 AM PST) is a must.
