About the Role:

This role involves collaborating with customers via various communication channels to provide timely support. The primary focus will be on assisting SaaS clients in resolving technical issues and answering questions related to our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with system and account setups to ensure seamless campaign launches.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve queries related to system, account creation, payment, card features, and more.
  3. Resolve advertising campaign launch issues and glitches via our system.
  4. Help clients navigate our system features and toolsets to maximize their value.
  5. Assist with domain and proxy setup and troubleshoot related issues.
  6. Provide assistance with card setups for media buying.
  7. Offer extended after-hours support to clients on behalf of our technical departments.
  8. Participate in outreach and sales efforts.
  9. Manage accounts inventory using effective farming methods and techniques.
  10. Assist with customer communication and information dissemination.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Must possess exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  2. Be proactive and responsive in addressing customer inquiries.
  3. Demonstrate consistent administrative efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Be determined to achieve constructive outcomes in customer relationships.
Requirements:
  1. High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  2. Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  3. Strong understanding of concepts, system features, policies, and procedures.
  4. Proven administrative skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities.
  5. In-depth understanding of technical and business concepts.
  6. Able to question, take ownership, and simplify tasks to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience with remote working is highly beneficial.
  2. Experience working with Facebook or other social media platforms.
  3. Background in high-risk niches such as crypto, casino, nutra, etc.
  4. Support experience for software companies, preferably in tech-savvy roles.
