About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Support Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, client relationships, and internal expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily ledgers and accounting records, reconcile bank statements, and manage cash flow activities.
  • Coordinate with clients for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution; maintain clear and professional communication records with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all financial transactions, organize and archive invoices, receipts, contracts, and other records, and ensure compliance with internal processes and audit standards.
  • Track daily business expenses, prepare periodic reports, support budget planning and monitoring, and identify and report any discrepancies in payments or expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent is a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
