We're seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy and drive measurable performance.

Our ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that deliver tangible results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and focusing on organic growth.
  • Identifying high-performing keywords, targeting opportunities, and prioritizing optimization tasks that deliver results.
  • Conducting in-depth technical SEO audits to optimize website structure, crawlability, site speed, and mobile performance.
  • Collaborating with content creators to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user intent.
  • Implementing on-page SEO improvements such as metadata optimization, heading structures, and URL strategies.
  • Building and managing link-building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance visibility.
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, applying new strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (design, dev, content) to ensure SEO best practices are maintained across all platforms.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B services or AEC industries, with a strong background in SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a proven ability to strategize, plan, and execute successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
