Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven individuals to join our team as Business Growth Specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and close high-ticket deals by bidding on platforms like Upwork and Guru, as well as strategically reaching out through LinkedIn.

If you are skilled at writing compelling proposals, identifying growth opportunities, and building meaningful client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit well-crafted, customized proposals on Upwork and Guru.
  • Actively search for and engage high-ticket clients on LinkedIn through outreach, messaging, and proposal submissions.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to prepare winning strategies.
  • Follow up with leads and manage the client acquisition pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, Guru, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify high-value clients and pitch premium services effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, design, development, or similar services is a plus.
