IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain our infrastructure and related systems. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical assistance to users, installing and configuring software and hardware, and maintaining inventory of IT assets.
Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain Windows/macOS operating systems and software applications.
- Support users with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor system performance and security using Azure Monitor and other tools.
- Manage identity and access management using Azure Active Directory.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure best practices in deployment and operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in system administration with a strong focus on cloud computing and Azure services.
- Knowledge of Azure services: Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, and Security.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and Azure CLI.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or similar certifications.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
