**Virtual Assistant Opportunity**
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. They will also handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team.

- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Conduct online research to gather information, statistics, and data as needed.
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring proper documentation and file structure.
- Assist in creating and editing presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and other materials.
- Help manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
- Perform various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Shift Options:
- 8 hours shift (4 pm to 12 am)
- 6 hours shift (6 pm to 12 am)

Job Specification:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
