Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified English instructor to deliver engaging online language classes, improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • To create personalized learning plans tailored to students' goals and proficiency levels.
  • To utilize digital tools and platforms to design interactive lessons and track student progress.
  • To provide constructive feedback and support to help students identify areas for improvement.
  • To stay updated on IELTS exam formats and requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or a similar qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly in an online setting.
  • Familiarity with IELTS preparation and knowledge of exam structure and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
