Key Responsibilities

  1. Optimizing production processes to reduce costs, scrap, and set-up time.
  2. Driving quality enhancements through process improvements and equipment optimization.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and develop corrective action plans.
  4. Leading initiatives to lower product costs without compromising quality.
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (2-4 years of experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
