Brand Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Employer Branding Officer/Executive. We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to develop and implement employer branding initiatives that attract top talent and strengthen employee engagement.

• Develop comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure a consistent employer brand across all communication channels.
• Identify key employer branding metrics and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns.

• Craft compelling narratives that showcase our workplace culture, values, and employee experience through various channels.
• Develop engaging content for social media, career websites, and internal communications.
• Manage and update employer branding materials such as brochures, presentations, and recruitment videos.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that showcase workplace culture, employee achievements, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
• Monitor online reviews and employer ratings, responding to feedback and implementing improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in employer branding or corporate communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive employer branding strategies, working closely with HR and marketing teams, and collaborating with employees to create authentic storytelling campaigns.
