Dishwasher Position - Part-Time
We are looking for a reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen facilities. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our food preparation and service areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Service Cleaning: Ensure all equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized before the start of each meal period.
- Washing and Sanitizing: Operate the dish machine to wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and utensils.
- Sorting and Stacking: Sort and stack clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, and store them in designated areas.
- Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Trash Removal: Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of the dish machine and other kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Knowledge of basic math concepts (e.g., counting change)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull carts or equipment
