Job Description:

Senior Project Leader

The Senior Project Leader plays a critical role in the delivery of high-profile projects. This position requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for project execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and clients.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Project Management Expertise

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with web-based application development and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in database concepts, programming languages (e.g., JavaScript), and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with hands-on coding/development of web-related technologies and projects.

Leadership and Communication

The Senior Project Leader must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are also essential for effective stakeholder engagement.

Professional Certifications

PMP certification is highly desirable, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
