We are seeking an experienced UI-UX designer to work closely with our project teams to understand user needs and design intuitive, accessible, and engaging mobile app and web interfaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct thorough research to comprehend user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Information Architecture: Create effective information structures and navigation systems through site maps, user flows, and wireframes.
  • Visual Design: Design captivating UI designs and prototypes from wireframes.
  • User Experience Design: Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and user interfaces in collaboration with project managers and developers.
  • Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and changing project requirements.
  • Design System: Maintain a UI-UX style guide and design system for consistency and visual language across all designs.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in UI-UX design is required.
  • A professional certification or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing UX design work that demonstrates the ability to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces across multiple platforms is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Flow Charts is essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
