We are seeking a talented developer responsible for building games and applications based on the Unity framework at HR Ways. The primary responsibilities will be to translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional and engaging games and applications. A commitment to a collaborative environment, problem-solving, and quality of the product is essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review game and application requirements/concepts from stakeholders.
  2. Translate requirements and/or concepts to fully functional games and applications.
  3. Design, build, and maintain efficient, robust, and reliable code.
  4. Maintain code quality, organization, and structure.
  5. Identify weak spots and propose improvements to the system.
  6. Ensure efficient developments and stable as well as punctual releases.
  7. Collaborate with other teams such as game designers and testers.
  8. Development-related documentation for Unity-related works, including inputs/feedback/reviews.
Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in game development, computer science, software engineering, or relevant studies.
  2. Experience of at least five years in developing games and applications using Unity.
  3. Strong C# and scripting language skills.
  4. Experience in various development methodologies and ability to assess the best fit.
  5. Experience with bug tracking and task management using project management tools.
  6. Experience working in Agile methodologies.
  7. Proactive and able to work with minimum remote supervision.
  8. Proficient in spoken and written English.
Added Advantage:
  1. Ability to create 2D assets.
  2. Ability to build games and/or applications on other platforms than Unity.
  3. Exposure to building games/applications that involve TCP/IP, Bluetooth, and/or 3rd party controller/input device.
