At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Service Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring seamless connectivity across assigned accounts.

This position requires a high level of expertise in client service relationships, with the ability to manage complex issues from start to resolution. The ideal candidate will have above-average skills in relational database management systems, including proficiency in SQL, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The selected individual will also possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Additionally, they will have proven ability to develop and execute ad hoc reporting requirements as needed.

Other responsibilities include submitting regular status reports to management summarizing completed projects and tasks, and owning total incident management from start to resolution. This may involve bi-annual on-site visits to clients, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
