Innovative Product Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned design leader to spearhead our design department, guaranteeing timely project completion and adherence to technical specifications. The role involves establishing design benchmarks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  4. Drive innovation in product design and process enhancements, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of designers and engineers, fostering growth and development within the organization.

Requirements

  5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
