We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Lahore.

This role is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the best possible deals for our business.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies and processes.
  • Maintaining and updating lists of approved suppliers.
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Managing procurement documentation, including purchase orders and invoices.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Collaborating with internal departments to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing market trends and supplier performance.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on procurement activities.
