Job Overview
The Data Insights Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Care Coordination department by generating, analyzing, and maintaining comprehensive reports. This position requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with analytics components of care management software and dashboards, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain accurate and timely patient engagement, patient attrition, enrollment, and productivity reports.
  • Collaborate with department teams to identify reporting needs and provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Leverage care management software and dashboards to track, report, and optimize departmental activities.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to compile, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Conduct data audits regularly to ensure accuracy and integrity of all reports.
  • Presentation of reports and analytics findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Identification of trends, potential areas of improvement, and strategic opportunities through comprehensive data analysis.

Requirements
This role requires minimum 2-3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related analytics-focused role. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from a reputable institute is required. Candidates with chartered accountancy (ACCA, CA) training from a recognized accounting & audit firm are preferred. Key skills include expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and macros. Familiarity with analytics modules of care management software and interactive dashboards is also essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are necessary for success in this role.
