Your Role:

As an experienced AI Engineer, you will contribute to the development of a Gen AI-based application for business enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into various applications and improve overall system performance.

  1. Fine-tune LLMs and implement RAG for developing LLM powered chat platform.
  2. Optimize LLMs for specific use cases and industries, customizing solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
  3. Troubleshoot and address issues related to language model performance, scalability, and integration.
  4. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning language models.
  5. Foster a startup-like environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
