Product Visionary

DPL is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the development of our products, ensuring they meet the business needs and preferences of our clients.

• You will work closely with stakeholders to define product goals, roadmaps, and release plans, and will be responsible for managing and taking ownership of the product backlog.
• In this role, you will also provide a healthy feature/project delivery forecast by involving the team to get an estimation of the backlog, and will ensure a well-groomed product backlog for at least two months in advance.

Your duties will include:

1. Project Clarification: You will gather requirements from clients, document them into a backlog as well-defined user stories, and extract granular, track-able requirement pieces that can be closed within an iteration.
2. Defining Product Roadmap: You will work with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and will be responsible for ensuring that the product backlog is aligned with this roadmap.
3. Sprint Planning and Review: You will participate in sprint planning meetings, ensure minutes of meetings are sent to all stakeholders and concerned employees, and complete internal UATs of the stories to ensure client expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies, and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
