Are you a subject matter expert with a passion for mentoring and teaching?

We are seeking dedicated professionals to support students in their academic pursuits through live chat and whiteboard sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responding to student queries via our proprietary platform, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Assisting students with homework using the Socratic method, helping them develop critical thinking skills and deepen their understanding of complex concepts.
  3. Engaging students in interactive discussions, using relevant examples and case studies to illustrate key principles and theories.
  4. Utilizing whiteboard tools to visualize complex ideas, making abstract concepts more accessible and engaging for students.
  5. Developing and uploading sample materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessment tools.
  6. Preparing content, questions, and examples tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  7. Collecting feedback from students and educators on the effectiveness of our platform and strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with expertise in at least one of the supported subjects (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) up to high school level.
  • Preference given to candidates who can teach multiple subjects, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Be comfortable utilizing computer devices and software applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
  • Embody a strong work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Be responsive to training and professional development opportunities, recognizing the value of continuous learning and growth.
  • Possess a clean criminal record and the right to work with children, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
