Lead Software Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned software architect to spearhead the development and implementation of complex software systems.

  • This role entails leading cross-functional teams, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong background in software architecture, and excellent technical documentation skills.

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a relevant field with expertise in programming, UI/UX design, and customization of software is required.
  2. 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years of experience as a software architect/manager/team lead is necessary.
  3. Excellent development and architecture skills, a solid grasp of web development, and familiarity with various internet technologies and tools are essential.
  4. Familiarity with databases, database design, database optimization, and ERD creation/maintenance is also required.
  5. Extensive experience developing on a single stack and deployment environment, along with cloud deployment experience (e.g. Amazon EC2 or Azure), is highly desirable.
  6. Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software development life cycle best practices, and analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
  7. Familiarity with dependency/package managers, templating engines, and ORM (as used by Laravel) is also required.

The successful candidate will have a portfolio of live/demoable applications and excellent technical documentation skills.
