We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team, responsible for leading the remote implementation of our Transportial OTMS for new clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, translating them into effective system configurations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring the Transportial platform to meet specific client workflows and needs, leveraging its full range of capabilities.
  • Providing comprehensive training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will also be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving system-related problems, and collaborating with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a techno-functional or application support role.
  • A strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the logistics or transport industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) or other logistics software.
  • Familiarity with APIs and a basic understanding of software integration concepts.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
