Job Title: Relationship Engagement Specialist

A proactive, confident and friendly approach to customer services and relationship management is crucial for this role. The successful candidate will manage multiple responsibilities including marketing, business development, and operational tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle live website chat and phone calls from customers and clients, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Manage queries, course listings, and bookings on third-party websites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and generate leads for corporate clients and potential customers through social media platforms and targeted searches.
  • Monitor and track potential leads, following up with emails and phone calls as necessary.
  • Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance, using data to inform marketing strategies.
