Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation of year-end audit working papers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the external audit team to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Provide regular financial reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Lead the accounts receivable, cash receipts and accounts payable functions, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, including documentation of accounting processes.
  • Coach and develop team members, including review and approval of work assignments and training requirements.
  • Other duties as requested by the President.
