Key Responsibilities- Debt Collection: Initiate and manage the process of recovering outstanding debts from clients.
- Credit Analysis: Review and analyze credit accounts to identify delinquent payments and potential risks.
- Negotiation and Communication: Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and negotiations with clients, provide regular reports to management on the status of outstanding debts and recovery efforts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in credit recovery roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Skill Set: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt recovery processes, proficiency in using financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
