Travel Coordinators WantedAbout the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including creating customized itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.

You will also handle client inquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of travel packages.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create customized travel itineraries for clients.
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel services.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide support throughout the travel booking process.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of travel packages.
Required Skills

Essential Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, commitment to providing outstanding customer service, passion for travel and willingness to learn about new destinations.
