We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying and securing grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donations, and crowdfunding campaigns. Your expertise will help us grow our revenue streams, supporting the growth of our social learning platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan, targeting grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donations, and crowdfunding campaigns.
  • Buid and maintain relationships with existing donors, ensuring timely recognition, acknowledgment, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and implement donor acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities, leading the grant writing process in collaboration with other team members.
  • Design and produce fundraising materials, such as proposals, reports, and presentations, to secure funding opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in development, fundraising, and project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • A proven track record of success in securing funding through grants in a similar environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
