What We Do:

  1. Drive efficiency improvements, automation, and excellence in service delivery.
  2. Troubleshoot end-to-end and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
  3. Perform Problem Management activities efficiently, supported by other delivery organizations and MSIP functions.
  4. Act promptly on customer requests according to agreed SLA/WLA.
  5. Ensure preventive maintenance plans cover customer requirements and obtain customer approval when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Software Engineering or similar, with at least 2 years of experience in operations.
  2. Solid Linux/Unix handling knowledge.
  3. Scripting skills (e.g. Python, Ansible).
  4. At least 2+ Years of Experience in container technologies (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes).
  5. Kubernetes Certifications (CKA and CKAD) are advantageous.
  6. Meritorious experience with Oracle databases.
  7. Familiarity with ITIL processes is advantageous.
  8. Understanding of service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.) and service transition (change and knowledge mgmt.).
  9. Able to work in a rapidly evolving area, embracing innovation, adaptation, and responding to change.
