Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team in driving quality excellence across our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing QA team, guiding them in adopting modern quality practices and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Restructure and revamp QA processes, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and AI-driven testing tools (Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to increase coverage and productivity.
  • Maintain close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and implementation of fixes.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to guarantee thorough testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms and willingness to implement innovative testing solutions.
  • Track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams, exceling at mentorship and people development.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and critical thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.
  • Passion for quality at every stage of development and advocate for best practices like shift-left testing and CI/CD integration.
