Research Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Research Director to lead our comprehensive research strategy and plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative approaches, with experience in the education or development sector.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing research projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation. They will also spearhead long-term research objectives, providing consultation and support to key evaluation components of our programs, and disseminate research findings through various channels.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to building the field among researchers, practitioners, and policy makers at local, regional, and national levels. They will direct and oversee research at our organization, including research design, implementation, analysis, and project development.

The position requires a strong track record of securing grants and publishing academic articles. Teaching experience at the university level, as well as supervisory experience with university students at various stages of study, is highly preferred.
