We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join our agile team and contribute to the design and delivery of trusted market-leading technology products.

As a key member, you will be responsible for executing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives. You will develop secure high-quality production code, review and debug code written by others, and identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues.

The ideal candidate will have formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience. They should possess hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Advanced knowledge of programming languages, automation, continuous delivery methods, and agile methodologies is also required.

The successful candidate will lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability. They will also lead communities of practice to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies.

Beyond technical expertise, the candidate should demonstrate strong collaboration skills, a willingness to work under their own initiative, and a proven track record of delivering major technology implementation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
  • 3+ years of applied experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages, automation, and continuous delivery methods
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
