Job Overview

Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Design and develop facilities that meet industry standards and regulations, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.

Validate and qualify equipment and facilities to ensure they operate safely and effectively, minimizing risks and maximizing output.

Implement a comprehensive calibration program to maintain accuracy and precision, ensuring consistency and reliability across all systems.

Develop and execute a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan, promoting efficient operations and reducing maintenance costs.

Manage site services including water, steam, and HVAC systems to ensure smooth operation, maintaining a stable and comfortable working environment.

Control and manage engineering spares and equipment to prevent stockouts and overstocking, optimizing inventory levels and streamlining supply chain logistics.

Oversee engineering contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated timeframe, meeting deadlines and delivering results as per expectations.

Approve engineering-related procedures, documents, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining high levels of quality and professionalism.

Store and maintain accurate records of engineering activities, providing valuable insights and data for future reference and decision-making purposes.

Control and distribute equipment manuals to ensure operators have necessary information for safe operation, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to protocols.

Maintain site security and access controls to prevent unauthorized entry, safeguarding personnel, assets, and sensitive information.

Lead project management efforts to deliver results on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard, driving success and achieving strategic objectives.
