Job Title: Research Associate

We are seeking a skilled Research Associate to support our research initiatives. The role requires a strong foundation in economics, advanced quantitative analysis, polished writing ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
  • Manage and analyze large datasets using statistical, econometric and machine learning tools.
  • Draft high-quality research papers, reports, policy briefs, and publications with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members but also work independently to propose and implement solutions to research challenges.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, honesty, and ethical standards in all work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters/MPhil degree (preferably in Economics, Health economics, or related fields).
  • Strong background in quantitative research methods and econometrics.
  • Demonstrated publication record (academic journals, policy briefs, or equivalent) indicating polished writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of research principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. S/He must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all work.
