Job Title:

Sr. Lead Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Architect at Synercon Consulting Services located in Peshawar District. The Principal Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Architect to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop and implement architectural designs for software systems.
• Software Development: Lead the development of software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
• Integration: Integrate multiple software systems to create seamless user experiences.
• Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
• Leadership: Mentor and lead junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills: Strong understanding of architectural principles and design patterns.
• Software Development and Integration expertise: Proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Project Management capabilities: Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Experience in leading architectural projects: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading architectural projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and lead junior team members.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field: Relevant degree in architecture or a related field.
