Lead Web Graphic Designer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our web graphics design team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving UX improvements and boosting site conversions through innovative designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design digital marketing communications pieces for various clients.
  • Create responsive web, mobile, and tablet designs from requirements to delivery.
  • Leverage expertise in designing for CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft effective creative solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver programs on time and within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and mentor junior designers.
  • Recommend creative marketing communications for proposals.
  • Maintain consistency of creative themes across all proposals and marketing materials.
  • Oversee production of print pieces from conception to completion.

Skillset:

  • Experience in designing digital marketing communications pieces.
  • Expertise in creating responsive web, mobile, and tablet designs.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
