Job Description

The Sales Executive - Rental and O&M will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations related to rental generators and operations & maintenance services. This includes building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. BUILD AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. PREPARE SALES PROPOSALS: Develop and present compelling sales proposals that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  3. Negotiate CONTRACTS: Negotiate contracts that meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. MEET SALES TARGETS: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in the engineering or electrical industry
  • Knowledge of rental generators and operations & maintenance services
  • Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on-site and in Lahore District
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
