As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Assistant Director in maintaining and improving profitability. This support function is critical in helping to drive business decisions with strategic insights.

The role requires a finance professional with experience in P&L analysis and other key performance indicators. You will work closely with the MENA ASU Lead to establish best-in-class support, functional expertise, and reporting solutions with a focus on analytics and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the PBFA cycle and SL performance KPIs.
  • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to provide leadership insights on performance and profitability.
  • Lead the development of financial models for different scenarios to assess the impact of changing levers.
  • Support the Operations lead in root cause analysis of variances and identification of possible solutions.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and ASU leadership team.
  • Participate in various improvement initiatives and information gathering activities within the PBFA space.

Requirements for Success:

  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance risk, importance, and urgency.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Word.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly and be proactive in seeking guidance when needed.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Finance-related degree or qualified accountant.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to think innovatively and make quick decisions.
