We're seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team and drive the development of our mobile apps. This role involves using your knowledge of the Android platform, user experience design, and Web Service standards to create compelling services and lead our Android team.

Responsibilities
  • Developing top-notch enterprise apps for Android.
  • Utilizing expertise in Android Studio, Java, and related technologies.
  • Creating Universal Apps with precision.
  • Designing and implementing Web Service standards (JSON, REST, etc.), specifications, and frameworks.
  • Collaborating with QA teams and leveraging build distribution platforms like HockeyApp and Apphance.
  • Expertly managing the software development life cycle and methodology.
  • Leveraging Agile programming and rapid prototyping techniques.
  • Employing strong object-oriented design and analysis skills.
  • Maintaining experience with SVN and GIT.
  • Understanding the mobile app ecosystem and possessing strong personal initiative.
  • Demonstrating a portfolio of Enterprise Android applications.
  • Working with automated build systems such as Jenkins.
  • Excels in English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Implementing extensive data caching models and adhering to coding standards.
  • Cultivating expertise in Android GUI, Camera, GPS, Mapping, background API, and Bluetooth protocols.
  • Familiarity with notification mechanisms, UI, and ergonomics.
  • Displaying good project, team, and time management skills.
  • Possessing a creative and challenging mindset.
