Senior Treatment Planner

We're seeking a talented Orthodontic Designer to join our clinical team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of treatment design, shaping our clinical strategy, and supporting the growth of our brilliant design team.

• Create high-quality orthodontic treatment designs in line with company policies and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead to develop processes within the team and across the organization.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols.
• Provide input and support for broader clinical strategy initiatives.
• Assist the Design Lead in recruiting, onboarding, and training new design team members.

• Previous experience working as an Orthodontic Designer.
• Demonstrable experience creating high-quality orthodontic treatment plans.
• Experience with Onyx Aligner software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to work remotely within the GMT time zone.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
