Metalworking Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Metalworking expert to join our team.

As a Precision Metalworking expert, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality metal components.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operating CNC or manual lathe machines and a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

You will also be responsible for monitoring machine performance, making adjustments as needed, and performing routine maintenance to ensure the machines are clean, well-maintained, and operational.

Additionally, you will be required to adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment while operating machinery.

In this role, you will work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines while ensuring the accuracy and quality of the parts produced.

Duties:

• Operate CNC or manual lathe machines to produce high-quality metal components.
• Maintain and repair machines as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are clean, well-maintained, and operational.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating CNC or manual lathe machines.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
