About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Presence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless website-building process aligns with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate a smooth website-building process.
  2. Monitor and manage customer inquiries with a proactive approach, ensuring effective communication with customers.
  3. Actively identify areas for enhancement within department procedures, contributing insightful findings and proposals for changes.
  4. Engage with customers to clearly communicate requirements, articulate timelines, and set expectations for the Website.
  5. Stay aware of current trends and best practices in the technical and creative landscape, bringing forward-thinking perspectives to the team.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO, WordPress, Elementor, and Google Analytics, applying these skills strategically to elevate the performance and impact of the website.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record in a dynamic Customer Success/Support role at a technology company, showcasing exceptional service delivery.
  • Possess outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, conveying complex information with clarity and professionalism.
  • Showcase excellent organizational skills, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities.
  • Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently while thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a keen eye for detail, navigating challenges with analytical precision.

Nice to Have

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of study or possess equivalent work experience, emphasizing a strong academic foundation or practical expertise in the field.
