Social Media Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for each social media platform, including written and visual materials.
  • Maintain a strong online presence by monitoring the company's brand on social media and responding to comments in a timely manner.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Analyze data to determine the success of social media campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media marketing and strategy development.
  • Ability to develop a compelling voice for each social media platform.
  • Proven ability to build and engage a social media community.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with social media tools.
  • Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a strong understanding of the crypto industry and its various components, including Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, and IDO/IEO.
  • Is proficient in social media posting and management, including Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
  • Has experience using social media tools, such as Hubspot and Tubebuddy.
  • Is skilled in community management and engagement, including managing support tickets and Discord communities.
  • Has strong copywriting skills and can create compelling content for various platforms.
