Insurance Expert Job Description

The role of Insurance Expert involves leading the customer experience for insurance business, focusing on claims management and service excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage insurance claims processes to meet KPIs for turnaround time, settlement accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and execute customer education campaigns to build trust and awareness of claims processes across digital channels.
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys, identify friction points, and drive digital enablement to create convenient and seamless experiences.
  • Manage escalated complaints with empathy and efficiency, conducting comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address systemic issues.
  • Use digital tools and automation to simplify processes and deliver hassle-free solutions.
  • Implement creative strategies to resolve complaints effectively and strengthen customer trust.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer experience, insurance operations, or digital financial services.
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and complaint resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer empathy.
  • Familiarity with NPS or similar experience measurement tools.
