Accounts Receivable Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.

About This Role:

This is a key position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as expertise in financial software such as SAP and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Oversee the credit control process, monitoring customer accounts and assessing their creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate and execute payment collection processes, following up with clients to secure prompt payment.
  • Prepare and analyze aged receivable reports to identify overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and communications with customers regarding their accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
