Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between software development, testing, and operations teams.

Our team of passionate engineers designs, develops, and maintains systems and technologies that drive innovative solutions. We work closely with other departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Configure products to meet functional requirements, including technical areas like integration interfaces and web services.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensure high availability of products and platforms, including messaging, voice, and email gateways.
  • Write and deploy scripts to automate day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation with other teams.
  • Maintain servers' configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud environments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recent technical experience in a Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role.
  • Strong technical skills in multiple functional areas, such as infrastructure as Code, containerized orchestration, configuration management, programming languages, logging systems, CI/CD tools, and network protocols.
  • Ability to interface with offshore teams daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
  • Fluent English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps mindset initiatives.
