Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert tax advisory services to our clients across various industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for conducting tax research and analysis, preparing tax advisory reports, and assisting with local state tax return preparation.
  • You will establish and maintain valued relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that the services delivered meet the highest quality standards.
  • You will supervise client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and implement standardized processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • You will support the team in marketing and business development initiatives to grow our client base and build a positive learning culture by coaching and counseling junior team members.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to our Tax Quality guidelines.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, taxation, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree or an advanced professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Tax, preferably within a large professional services company or similar environment.
