Job Description: Project Managers oversee the entire construction project from start to finish. This includes project planning and budgeting, creating project teams, defining objectives, assigning individual responsibilities, managing project accounting functions, tracking expenses, minimizing risk, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure timely completion of phases. Maintaining adherence to quality standards and safety protocols is crucial in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Create and manage project teams, define project objectives, and assign tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage project finances, track expenses, and minimize risks associated with the project.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in building works and project management.
