Job Overview

We seek a diligent and meticulous Production Associate to perform critical tasks at the Sahiwal Plant in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Life Saving Rules and maintain personal, plant, and colleague safety.
  • Perform CIP, Preparation, and Sterilization of machines, maintaining optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve OEE%, Wastages, and Labor Productivity on assigned Filling Machines.
  • Implement AM (autonomous maintenance), CIL (cleaning, inspection, lubrication), and 5S on machines and production shop floors.
  • Coordinate with Shift In-charges and Line Leaders for Total Make Loss reduction.
  • Maintain operating parameters and aseptic conditions as per standard for filling operations control.
  • Document and log breakdowns and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with Shift In-charge during troubleshooting activities.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Zoning Protocols.

Requirements
  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
