Nursing Education Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our institution's nursing education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a comprehensive course grid that outlines the curriculum structure, teaching-learning, and assessment strategy.
  • Integrate mathematical concepts into nursing practice to enhance patient care applications.
  • Develop and deliver lectures on fundamental mathematical concepts relevant to nursing practice.
  • Innovate teaching methods by incorporating technology-enhanced learning tools.
  • Moderate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program-related activities, meetings, and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree (MScN/MSc in MPH, Epi Bio, HPM) with Basic Nursing qualification as mandatory.
  • Ability to demonstrate clinical competence as a professional nurse and an effective role model.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate theoretical knowledge into practical application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer software and technology-enhanced learning tools.
